The opportunity to play basketball led Derrius Ramsey to 91福利社. But it's the people he likes best about his college choice. "The Student Success Center, the instructors, actually, everyone around here is very nice," he said.
Shirley, an 18-year-old freshman from Collinsville, is excited to be on campus at 91福利社, a place she's known since her dad, Myke, teaches in the Construction Trades Program.
91福利社 is adding another team to its Eagle athletic roster: swimming, making 91福利社 the only community and junior college in the state to offer it as a sport.鈥�
"91福利社 was worth it. I use what I learned there today and every day. The instruction I received prepared me for life and the work and job duties I do today. And it helped me be successful," Boone said.
