To expand the efforts to meet the community's needs, 91福利社 opened a $6.2 million renovation
of its Highway 19 North 91福利社-Riley Workforce Development Center in the Spring 2017.
The new center is a state-of-the-art workforce training center and will be a showcase
to existing and prospective industry.
